Agony of the Leave is a brief, four-track sampling spawning from a collection of songs that were started on a balcony in Viña Del Mar, Chile in 2005. Originally featured as parts of hand written letters, the songs took final shape upon collaboration by a three-member group that work under the moniker “Lightning Inside You”.  Agony of the Leave was put to tape in the summer of 2008 at Technically Sound.  Its sparse, delicate sound was achieved primarily through the use of vintage instrumentation and was self-produced and engineered by the band.
